StewardHeirShip: Helping Manifest Bucky Fuller's Vision of Betterment for 100% of Humanity

Intro

For several years, as I became increasingly involved in community development work, I have described myself as a "Community Development Specialist for Heaven on Earth." I have been cocreating model community development and empowerment resource centers since 1969 and producing major development training and community building events with world-class authors and trainers for up to 1,800 participants since 1990.  My present focus is launching our nonprofit University for Successful Living (https://www.universityforsuccessfulliving.org) and an affiliated cause-oriented Collaborative Infopreneurship Network Benefit Corporation (https://www.collaborativeinfopreneurship.com).  Previously I worked about 12 years as a Director of HUD Disaster Field Offices and as a turn-around management specialist for the US Department of Housing and Urban Development. I served in Mississippi, Missouri, Virginia, Ohio, Washington, DC, Detroit, MI and Chicago and Kankakee, IL While serving with HUD in Detroit in 1975/76, I received the highest cash award ever paid a HUD employee for a modification I made to a computerized property management system that saved an estimated 300 million dollars.  I am also dedicated to helping Expand the Circle of Success to provide greater access to development training resources to youth, minorities, and other populations underserved by the indistry (expandingthecircleofsuccesscampaign.com ). Our ultimate vision for the campaign is to help establish and facilitate the donation of 100 million dollars of development training programs over the next 10 years to and through a national (and then international) network of local non-profit CAN DO! Community Economic Development Resource Centers. The Centers (based on about 40 years of award-winning prototypes) will provide greater access to Successful Living Skills for the 21st Century. As a result, we will enjoy expanded individual and collective capacity for Solving Our Personal, Community, National and Global Ultimate Destiny Success Puzzles as we presented as our strategy a few years ago in response to the MacArthur Foundations $100 million RFP https://www.100millionsolutions.com/our-strategy.

Education

I have 40 years of experience as a disaster relief and community development specialist and Master's in Community Economic Development from Southern New Hampshire University. I am a Certified Economic Development Finance Specialist by the National Development Council. I have lived in spiritually oriented intentional communities for over 25 years including Rainbow Farm, the Midwest Center for the Emissaries of Divine Light near Muncie, IN. I also lived at Stelle, IL, (http://www.stellecommunity.com) now home to the Center for Sustainable Community (http://www.centerforsustainablecommunity.org) and the Midwest Permaculture Center. I have cofounded dozens of NPOs including the Kankakee County Community Development Corporation that transformed a 22,000 square foot abandoned National Guard Armory building into an award-winning Community Resource Center that has served tens of thousands of residents and received a couple of million dollars in funding. As a result of my participation as a Trustee of Community Service, Inc. I received a grant from Community Educational Services Cooperative, cofounded the Fellowship for Intentional Community and published Communities Magazine and the Community Directory for 5 years. I have written many grants and raised millions of dollars for NPOs and raised over a million in equity investments in cause-oriented companies based on the 4 Ps of Purpose, People, Planet and Profitability. Our Ultimate Destiny board of directors and I have also turned down investment offers of over 20.5 million dollars due to the lack of alignment and resonance with the potential partners. We are now about to establish Universal StewardHeirShip, Inc., a new company based on the Benefit Corporation model. USI will allocate 40% to 50% of the shares and tithe to our affiliated non-profit organizations and others we support such as the Institute of HeartMath, IONS, the Foundation for Inspired Learning, Social Venture Network, The Love Center, Ultimate Water for Humanity, etc.

Activities, Interests, Hobbies

Fostering application of the Principles and Practices of Community Economic Development that include Self-Help, Empowerment and Capacity Building. Creating programs, products and organizations that foster and facilitate personal, organizational and community development, empowerment, enlightenment, transformation and conscious sustainable living. Fostering, cocreating and living in spiritually centered intentional communities. Helping people discover how to share their talents and wisdom and prosper through the new field of "Infopreneurship" that includes publishing, electronic publishing and Internet marketing using some of the resources Ultimate Destiny recommends at https://www.collaborativeinfopreneurship.org. Also helping introduce the health benefits, cost savings and environmental advantages of "structured water" at https://www.naturallybalancedstructuredwater.com. That includes publishing a digital and print book, Introduction to Structured Water with Clayton Nolte, and by donating 100% of any profits to support the new NPO Ultimate Water for Humanity. It's mission is to help provide clean water to the one billion of our brothers and sisters who don't presently have access to that essential life force according to the World Bank Institute.. We are also seeking research and demonstration partners and seed grant funding to help document initial reports of a several hundred percent increase in the nutritional value of food grown in structured water. As a result, we will also be able to help address the growing global hunger crisis and also help manifest Bucky Fuller's ultimate vision of "betterment for 100% of humanity."

As a student of New Thought (Unity and Science of Mind) for about 40 years, I have come to believe there is only One Power and Presence in the Universe and each of us is a Whole, Complete and Perfect expression of It.
