Intro
Ian Kim is an organization and team builder, a campaigner, and a policy advocate committed to helping manifest a truly sustainable world. He is working at the Unreasonable Institute on their global scaling and expansion efforts. Previously, while at the Ella Baker Center for Human Rights, he advocated for policy solutions to build a strong, equitable and green economy in California. In 2010, he successfully led a coalition (Communities United Against the Dirty Energy Proposition) to mobilize people of color to vote against a major polluter ballot proposition in California. Ian was part of the inaugural class of the Aspen Institute Catto Fellowship Program on environmental leadership in 2006-2007. He holds an MBA from the Yale School of Management. He and his wife Sunjung Cho live in San Francisco, with their daughter Minju, who is headed into 3rd grade this year (2013).
